Definitions

 According to the Virginia Department of Education, a technology plan includes the

resources and strategies that will result in technology being used effectively to

enhance teaching. Unlike the technology plan, the NSW government states that a

digital strategy is designed by members of the institution and used as a guide to

determine what skills and tools are needed to succeed when implementing

technology in education.

    I believe that if stakeholders are allowed to design the digital strategy for their institution they will be willing to implement the digital strategy.

    It is true that when stakeholders have an input into the digital plan they would be willing to be part of its implementation.
